Anna is a Partner in the White & Case Capital Markets Group in London. 

Anna advises on securities and corporate finance transactions, primarily related to high yield bonds, leveraged finance transactions, restructuring and investment-grade debt offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.

Pure Gym
Advised Barclays, Deutsche Bank, ING, J.P. Morgan and RBC on the offering of €380 million 8.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and the £475 million 10.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 by Pure Gym Group.

Ideal Standard
Advised Ideal Standard and its shareholders on the Exchange Offer, Consent Solicitation and Scheme Solicitation in connection with the €325,000,000 6.375% senior secured notes due 2026 and the subsequent sale of the Group to Villeroy & Boch AG for approximately €600 million. 

Adler Group
Advised Adler Group on its financial restructuring, involving an amendment to the terms and conditions of €3.2 billion of senior unsecured bonds through English restructuring plan proceedings and the subsequent incurrence of €937.5 million of new money following.

Cerba HealthCare
Advised Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Natixis and UBS on the offering of €420 million senior secured and €325 million senior notes in connection with the acquisition of Cerba HealthCare by EQT Partners.

Energean
Advised Energean Israel Finance, a finance subsidiary of Energean on its US$2.5 billion offering of high yield senior secured notes - the largest ever non-US energy high yield bond offering.

Swissport
Advised Swissport on its comprehensive restructuring and recapitalization. The restructuring provided Swissport with a delevered and strengthened balance sheet by addressing approximately €1.9 billion of existing debt, and left the business with improved liquidity with which to withstand the ongoing challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic.

Bank Leumi Le-Israel
Advised Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M. on the ground-breaking issuance of US$750 million 3.275% Tier 2 Subordinated Notes due 2031.

Republic of Angola
Advised Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and ICBC International in respect of the launch by the Republic of Angola of sovereign debt bonds in the international market in the form of Eurobonds, amounting to US$1.5 billion. One of the largest sovereign debt offerings in Africa and one of the first of its kind sovereign debt offering from the Republic of Angola.

OCI
Advised BofA, J.P. Morgan and MUFG, as Arrangers and Dealers, on the establishment of the US$2 billion global medium term note (GMTN) programme for OCI Global, a leading producer and distributor of nitrogen, methanol and hydrogen products, guaranteed by Iowa Fertilizer Company, and on a US$600 million Notes issuance thereunder.

Advised UBS and Numis on the US$86 million IPO of Terminal X on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
