Neeloferr Roy

Neeloferr Roy is a partner of the Global Debt Finance Practice based in Paris.

Dual-qualified in English and French Law, Neeloferr Roy principally advises financial institutions, funds (private equity and debt funds) and corporations on complex financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including acquisition and corporate finance, structured lending and real estate finance. She advises on all types of structures, with particular experience in unitranche, senior term loan B and first lien/second lien structures.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2022, Neeloferr practiced for over ten years in the Paris office of a UK Magic Circle law firm after starting her career in England.
